Here's the readme on the options:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Press desired option key

Numpad 1- Unlimited Manpower
Numpad 2- Unlimited Munitions
Numpad 3- Unlimited Fuel
Numpad 4- Unlimited Command Points
Numpad 5- Unlimited Troops
Numpad 6- Instant Troops/ Upgrades
Numpad 7- Instant Buildings
Numpad 8- Instant Special Abilities

Any idea when some infinite health options will be added as an option tho?

You can actually upgrade to lifetime at any point... just click the RENEW link next to your avatar (or click here: Link). If you know that you want to upgrade, better to do it sooner than later as membership fees will most likely go higher sometime before next year. Just FYI--

Report problem:
In skirmish, my opponents benefit from the trainer¡¦s instant building option.
Not sure about other options though.

Hiya. I haven't noticed this before and may be I have missed something obvious... don't think I have. I select the Commando Doctrine for the British and I can only delpoy one glider after that all of the glider drops are greyed out and say a glider on approach is required?

Yes, there are several topics on this board that talk about this issue. It's a bug with a scripted event/objective.
