Something that has been nagging me about Total war games in general is the limitations of battlefield armies. I wouldn't care as much if allied armies did stuff when in a battle, but since they don't (for me, maybe one of you can get allied forces helping).
To prevent confusion beforehand ill lay it all out:
Units are divided into companies, companies are shown on your "command bar" where all other combat units under your command are. The limit to the amount of companies you can have in the game is based on the number of company-card's shown on the menu.
So, the only way to get additional men into a battle when you have a full set of cards is via "reinforcements" or handing control of the reinforcements over to an idiot AI that couldn't be counted on to kill a mouse, let alone an army (they just sit there... doing nothing)
So ill get to the point, any way of expanding the maximum amount of companies listed under my direct command ? I have had enough of worthless AI allies sitting around and doing nothing with my most excellent soldiers.
