Im not very sure but if it comes up with a message saying "Thats weird stuff" Then someone has proberly Hacked your server and wrote that message which wont allow you to access that part of the game but i can be wrong.

Well when i was at "Multiplayer" which is a place where you can go and play PC games online and stuff and once i was there All computers had a huge message over the screen saying "Thanks for the network" and then saying "Now ith the netowrking where gonna blow the S*** out multiplayer...better start running!" it was pritty funny because everyone stayed quite and walked out of the building and we all stayed and no one else stayed and nothing happend and we kept playing it was funny as!
