Well that awnsered my Question? Still it be more fun for a
few of us to have a trainer in Mutli player mode to have a
Nukes right off the bat. To size up these russian kids, with crack programs they use.

That seems a little stereotypical.....but the reason nukes arent given in the Campaign, except for the one mission, is because of the obvious political and military consequences of such an action. No one wants to start a Nuclear Apocalypse, so they are only used in the most dire of circumstances. Staying true to this fact, Massgate choose to not include nukes as an option within their missions, and I doubt any trainer can actually change the mission files whilst it is playing.

Point is, the game limits the tactical powers available in mission 1, because being able to call carpet bombs/napalm in the FIRST LEVEL is just a bit over-the-top.

something to liven up the gameplay in multi or single
modes. It is cheats happens. Hope its not Sissy happens.
Playing straight up gets boring after a while. Take care

I agree with you 101. I lived through the Cold War, the Cuban Missile Crisis and all that and, if WWIII had broken out when I was a kid in 1961 it would have been push button Nuke em all doomsday and, you can bet none of us would be sitting here right now playing a what if war game. The later years with the more powerful bombs would have been even worse so, while I was brought up to hate communism which I still do and wish we could have gone in and kicked the Soviets' rear end more times than one, it just wasn't feasable. If we could have fought WWIII with conventional warfare and without nukes I would have thought differently. We could have handled the USSR not Russia, without all that much trouble in 1961 but when it come to atomic warfare I said there AIN'T no way either of us will survive or most of the world along with us. Now the communist government and the USSR are gone and I never disliked the Russian people just Kruchev and their government and,if the Russian kids and grown ups like me fight in this game to win, who can blame em? The USSR is no more just like the old CSA in my part of the world but, just like with souterners it was a part of their country and legacy at one time and yes, you better believe when I play a Civil War Game I always play the South and I play to win. I don't always any more than I do in this game but I sure as the devil give it my best effort and I do it anyway I can. I don't play on line that much but if I take on a Russian I can expect him to give it his best just like anyone else. I like the idea of conventional warfare between the USA and USSR. It gives me the chance to find out what I always wondered. If it had happened this way, who would have won? In 1989 it would have been different than 1961 and this really makes things interesting.

Y'know...about WW3. WiC focused mainly upon the area around Seattle and the insertion missions in Russia. What would have been really cool was to have a massive tank war upon the open plains of Europe, with all of the roles coming together in a spectacular display of awesomeness(I know that awesomeness is a stupid word, I couldn't think of any other way to word it :P). once the Map Editor comes out (if it does), I am going to design a scenario upon the plains, with tanks battling it out and AT teams hiding in small wooded pockets, artillery deforming the battlefield, co-ordinated attacks by APCs and Tanks.....Anyway, it all boils down to whether to press the red button or not. That decision is ultimately up to the people in power, and we all can pray that that choice will never have to be made.
