Here's the readme on the options:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Press desired option key


Options
-------

Numpad 1- Unlimited Life
Numpad 2- Unlimited Ammo
Numpad 3- No Reload
Numpad 4- Save Position
Numpad 5- Teleport
Numpad 6- Revert Position
Numpad 7- Ghost Jump



*Notes
------

Numpad 1- Unlimited Life: You cannot be killed!

Numpad 2- Unlimited Ammo: Ammo stays at 1000!

Numpad 3- No Reload: For weapons that are fired as projectiles (mainly
Human weapons), you do not have to reload!

Numpad 4- Save Position: Captures your current position. Use this to
save your current position on the map.

Numpad 5- Teleport: Teleport to the saved position!

Numpad 6- Revert Position: This will undo your teleport!

Numpad 7- Ghost Jump: This will shoot you instantly into the air several
hundred feet, passing through objects. Repeated pressing can
be done and also you can do this while moving to access higher
places!

Man this game is hard to cheat on, anyone tried making a Health option. Can't even find my health value using CoSMOS.

It doesn't work !??
I can't make "alt-tab" while i'm playng with this game !?? Why ?
I must run trainer before, and I heard the "activated" sound , but nothing works

Alt+Tab did'nt work for me too...but if you press ctrl+alt+del you can minimize ET:QW in the taskmanager

and sry for my englisch..i give my best

Have you guys installed the 1.1 update? Make sure you're using the right version. You may have to tell the game to run in Windowed Mode in order to alt+tab correctly and run the trainer.... or like the other guy said and CTRL+ALT+DEL to run task manager which should minimize the game. Make sure the trainer says READY! at the bottom when you run it before going back to the game. Then should work fine.

it would be really cool if you could make a no reload option (either by it self or worked into Unlimited Ammo)... i don't use the Unlimited Health option that much and for me reloading means death almost every time...

but just keep up the good work guys, you are doing a one hell of a job
