I am in dire need of the 1.07/1.08 trainer - been waiting and am curious when this Sept 25th public release actually happens (midnight, morning, whenever we feel like it, etc)..

Servers are based in California, U.S. and updates can be published any time before midnight. There's no set time that updates are published, but it's typically in the early evening, server time.
