yesterday i was installing bon voyage whe the installation completes to 100 % a dialog box occurs 'now the installation will ensure that your product is up to date' when i click ok then another dialog box occurs 'the installation could not complete successfully the process will now terminate'
can any body tell me why this error occurs

i faced this problem as well. the problem is that your CD/DVD doesn't have the packeges to update your sims 2.reinstalling wont do any good.it will give you the same error. try to download the packeges or buy another CD/DVD that has those packeges.
