Unfortunately getting a CTD when pressing ESC after activating options 1-5 :/

That CTD is caused by the 100,00 Prestige option. I seem to be able to get it to work properly if you don't press F1 at the main menu. Instead, I press F1 where they ask me to select my profile. Seems to make everything work perfectly like that. Also, both my game and trainer are run as adminstrator (if you're using Vista).
