u set the flight model to arcade... thats what I tried to say to u... it should be on arcade......... the landing gears aint working in simulator model!!

Yah. Why don't they work on simulator? Why should we simulator pilots be struck down by landing gears that don't lower.

I have the same exact problem with landing Gear in simulator mode... Cannot use the Arcade mode the plane is allover the place without any control.

Yeah. Arcade mode sucks! And landing gear don't work in sim mode! Now I have to switch to arcade to lower landing gear, then switch back to land. Haha.

This was a bug that has now been patched. The 1.01 patch corrects several other issues as is available from the ubi product page over here.
