Has anyone encountered the problem of not being able to lower landing gear?

I can't seem to lower the landing gear when I'm in a plane that has landing gear that can be kept (obviously this wouldn't affect me in planes that can't retract their landing gear 0.o).

This continues no matter whether I change the key mappings or use the default ones. Damn. I can't get past the "Rendevous" campaign mission because of this. Managed to get past the mission where you have to bomb the ships by choosing the plane with fixed landing gear instead of the Hurricane (if I'm not wrong?).

the default key should be G , or L. Also dont just press it try holding it, hope that works cuz it works for me.

Yeap I did both. Tried pressing. Crashed. Tried holding. Crashed. And yeah I left the default keys at G and L and tried both. Then I changed to other keys because I thought G and L weren't working. No difference. I crash all the time.

I'm not even using a "free" game...I paid the full price for it. Hmm.

I mean the game manual states that "Having the landing gear up or down has a significant impact on your aircraft's performace", so I'm guessing I should be able to raise/lower gear even at non-scripted times e.g. while I'm just flying...but I can't. Not even at scripted events.

I had the same problem... but I got it...

In options go to game controls, then change "Flight model" to arcade from simulator... Then press L or G...

I AM using the simulator flight model 0.o

Okay for some reason, now BOTH the trainer and my landing gear work perfectly fine. 0.o

It's a conspiracy i tell ya! Lol.
