In Vista you need to right click on the shortcut icon for the trainer and click on "Run As Administrator" and that will start the trainer correctly.

hello javelin i have xp dell system when i load the bioshock than wait until the game is loaded i press continue than i press tab and alt at the same time is that wrong? or do i suppose to press tab first than alt after! than i press the num lock key than i press 1,2,3 the person said actived! but nothing happen?? the woo

Press Alt first then Tab while still holding down the the Alt key. How many times are you going to post the same problem...many have tried to help you and you don't seem to get it. If you start thee trainer before the game fully loads you won't have to alt-tab out as been stated in quite a few posts to you continual questions. And yes, you have to have the NumLock key ON.
