Hi. When STALKER came out, I had a 7950GT. The game ran fine.... I played it only when you go to the Bar in the first time... I liked the game...

I sold my 7950GT so I got a GF6 6600 until I buy an GF8. I didn't play the game with the GF6.

Now, that I have the 8800GTS... I reinstalled the game (Lost my saved games, and I have to say that the games runs much better than my GF7.. maybe because the lack of shader power of the GF7)... Had to start from the beginning... And then, the problem is this:

I escaped for the Dark Valley.. So now, I have to bring the documents to the barkeeper.. BUT, when I'm in the garbage going through the Duty encampment to the north towards the Bar. All the Duty members are enemies.... They start shotting me!

The first time I went to the bar, I helped them to kill some mutants and they letme pass....And they were neutral...

WTF?

I did load the last save game and managed to kill them all... Went to the door that leads to the bar zone, but there are like 10 duty soldiers waiting for me just when the game loads the new zone (Almost impossible to kill them)... If I kill them? Will I have problems at the bar?

And I think that the bar if FULL of DUTY soldiers.

Did I screw it?

How can I solve? Is that normal? Can I be enemy of DUTY and still play the game? Go to the bar without problem being enemy of DUTY?

I really need something like a patch to make Duty neutral.

I don't know what I did to make this happen!! I really want to play the game :-(

Please help me. And sorry for my bad english...

In my opinion, you have accidently shot one of those duty members there in the dark valley. Or its a bug.
Btw I never had such a problem.
Also you can download a trainer to be invulnerable and kill everyone. I think the guys in the bar wont attack you.

And dont worry if youre English isnt so good. Remember youre not alone

I did something like this once.
Well, it was really quite different: I joined Freedom.

Well, the only solution is to get a mod that can set your faction "status" to "neutral" with duty, or create a new game.

every game is diff my game mad me get shot by everyone the harder the game setting the more diff it gets :P

There is a mod called "ABC mod", in witch you can join other factions, but can i post that site?

Comrades, I have a similar problem.Related to the Bulldog 6.Wen I first saw Freedom, I shot them and Chef, the member of Freedom he died during the Duty raid.Now wen I go to the house with the entrance covered with wood, there is a body there, but you now that some bodies cant be searched or dragged well the body there is one of those, I now ask you if there is a way to find the Bulldog 6 without starting a new game?

If I can remember correctly the Bulldog 6 is the grenade launcher..
And I found it in the freedom base in The Army warehouses...
In the building where Lukash was..And in the armory on top of the lockers there is a box and if you break the box open it should be in there..
