I think that wsda is the best way. It helps you more into the game. I absolutely hate hack-and-slash perspectives. Even though the game is not a hack-and-slash, seeing a fantasy world from a fixed perspective, only seeing the ground, is just dumb. You want to see the wonders of the world that you are in! You wan't to look up at the castle, not down on its roof.

I don't like MMO's that much. No personality, you just do what millions have done before you. Where is the wonder in that.

Sure, Ultima and Baldurs Gate are great games. But they never gave me the fantastic feeling I got when I played M&M Mandate of Heaven, one of the best RPG's in history.

How ever, I do agree that fighting in new rpgs has become very clumsy. One of my dreams is if they would make a The Elder Scrolls game, with the old fashion fighting mechanic on the Wii, ore even the PC. Instead of just pressing a button until your fingers get numb.

Was it better to fight before? Perhaps, but it a necessary evil, so I feel anyway. I am more of a wanderer than a fighter.

I'm wondering exactly the same thing Zegz... maybe they're posting about the wrong game? lol... either that, or there are some EXTREMELY different versions out there.

Okay...so ummm is it good or does it just plain old suck!!!! Cause I have it but not installed it yet.

Its not that bad of a game.If you don't like using
the wasd keys change the movement keys.I can't
wait till the expansion pack comes out.As for online
games its like you said to each there own.I doubt
I will ever play one.

It's good. I've been playing it a while now and I'm really impressed by what the (HUGE) 1.6 patch has done for it. Anybody hating it because of the demo might change their mind now.

Patching is both the beauty and the bane of PC gaming.

the game is on ebay for less then 10 bucks. I'll give it a shot
