The folder yoou are referring to does not exist on WinXp? Private Dancer is by default installed to:
C:\Program Files\Kaboom Studios\Private Dancer
And there's No 'Save Folder' there? Is this cheat for Pre XP operating systems? 🤔

go into C:\Documents and Settings folder and then do a search (F3) for Private Dancer - this is the directory you need then make sure you are in the Saves sub-directory
