I Just want to know, there's a place in the game, where its best you turn the trainer off, so you won't get stuck..?

where excactly is that place, and how can I avoid the trouble.. thx in advance..

somewhere called, "Proving Grounds". I don't know exactly what happens. {little sister gets stuck?} just browse around the "Bioshock CH Trainer" thread, there's more about what you're asking there, and another trainer thread.
