Can you remove birds and flying trash? because its just taking up resources and its ugly

You can remove birds, but don't try to play online. There is a high likelihood your account will be banned.
That said, navigate to *\Test Drive Unlimited\Euro\BNK\Details. Make sure you have Windows Explorer set to show extensions. Change the extension of the file you want to remove to bnkx. That's the only method that's worked for my game, but I'm not 100% sure it'll work for everyone. If you get kicked out of the game as soon as you try to go into your house, rename the file back.
