Here's the readme on the options:

[F1] Super Jump
[F2] Super Turbo
[F3] Super Brakes

[F11] Unlimited Shopping Credits
[F12] Freeze Driving Meter


*Notes
------

[F1] Super Jump - This will launch you 50 feet into the air. Take note that
you can keep pressing this to gain much altitude. Also note that if
you have momentum you can use this to launch yourself over obstacles
or basically fly in a certain direction. See notes about long distance
flying below.

[F2] Super Turbo - This will increase your speed by 5X. Note that each press
will increase the speed up to a certain maximum level. Also note the
notes below about long distance flying.

[F3] Super Brakes - This will stop you dead in your tracks.

[F4] Save Position - This will save your current position for teleportation later.

[F5] Teleport - This will teleport you to the saved position above. Teleportation
in this game is not as useful since the game engine updates the world
and the coordinates as a large series of blocks. If you leave the current
block and then press to teleport, your coordinates in the previous block
may be used in a new block. Probably best used in short distances.

[F6] Undo Teleport - You can teleport back to the position you teleported from if
you choose.

[F7] Above the Law - Police ignore your crashes, etc. Note that you must engage
this before you have any police activity already. Preferably right at
the start of the game.

[F8] SUper Money - This gives you 1.7 billion dollars and leaves it there. You
will note the change when you arrive somewhere to buy something, etc.
Likely you can activate this once, then when you save your game you will
never need it again.

[F9] Kill Rental Timer - This gives you unlimited time with the rental cars.

[F10] Kill Mission Timer - This stops the clock during missions, deliveries, races,
timed missions, etc. It is wise to activate this once you see that the
timer is active on the screen, then when the race or mission is over,
deactivate it. Note that in some races, it is necessary to deactivate the
timer after you cross the finish line for the race to complete. If you
activate the timer kill before the race actually begins then it may not
complete normally. Race starts=> timer starts counting => kill timer =>
finish race => enable timer => you win!

[F11] Unlimited Shopping Credits - This gives you 1.7 billion shopping credits.
To activate, press F11, then go to one of your houses, once inside, then
leave again and when you check the map you will see that you have the
credits. Likely you can activate this once, then when you save your game
you will never need it again.

[F12] Freeze Driving Meter - Disables the Driving Meter from falling.

Notes about long distance flying: Yes you can use the trainer to turn your car into
a jet plane. However, there are some things to keep in mind:

1) you must line up the direction you want to go and then get some forward
momentum in that direction and then begin pressing F1 to launch yourself
high into the air.

2) next begin to press F2 repeatedly to gain maximum speed. Once you are
near your destination, press F3 and let your car drop to earth.

3) its best to let your map zoom out partially so you can see your direction
of travel.

4) note that the game is constantly updating the GPS and the roads that you
have travelled, therefore the game may change your direction of flight
when you cross certain roads, etc. Please be aware of the direction you
are moving by using the map and note changes in direction by the game.

5) if you need to change your direction, press F3, float to earth, and then
re-adjust your direction on the ground and repeat the steps.

Very well done! Although I truly miss some sort of "Driving" meter freeze, as this can be an extreme pain in the ***.
Hope to see this in the future, but this one is still very neat, thanks a bunch!

not sure its workin right on my system... the only option that works is "above the law" the rest have the activated sound but they dont work....

Are you using the 1.66A no-cd fix? If not, give it a try.

Trainer updated to include UNLIMITED SHOPPING CREDITS. Please re-download to take advantage of this new feature.

Yeah. A freeze "Driving" meter would be a good idea. =)
