Halo 2 Message Board  STATUS: ON HOLD - This game is currently patching very frequently and/or is early access with few downloads. It is counter-productive to continue updating the trainer under these circumstances. When the title becomes more stable and/or is out of early access, it will be re-evaluated for an updated trainer. Trainer updates for this game may still be released intermittently while in this status depending on our current workload.

Our Halo 2 Trainer is now available and supports RETAIL. Our Halo 2 message board is available to provide feedback on our trainers or cheats.

I'm not sure. However, trainers are only made if a bunch of people want them. I'm not sure how PWizard finds out how popular a demand for a trainer is though.

Understood. Thanks for your help though, I PM'd PWizard so I'll just have to and see...
If people would like to have this option then please tell so here so that there would be a better chance in getting the option.

i would like this option, so you are not the only one. i think it would be cool. i just got this game the other day for my XP and i was thinking that it would also be cool to have invincible allies.

I play on hard mode. And die. Quite a lot.

Personally, having immortal allies defeats the purpose of the game, as the Spartans and Arbiters are suppose to be elite individual, almost last-resort-suicidal, fighters. Johnson and the Elite are immortal as they appear in cutscenes, so it would ruin game continuity if they were to suddenly die. However, note that they never fight with you for more than 10 mins at a time, a the idea behind the game is that you're the last one standing after all your allies either die off, or stay behind to guard some obscure piece of rock.

It feels like you've always got some allies around backing you up. Especially in the Arbiter missions.
The only missions that I recall NOT having AI buddies along your side is the High Charity level as master Chief. And I've managed to have some squads that I've gotten from the start of a level to the very end. You also say that this option defeats the purpose of the game, well wouldn't ANY trainer do that aswell? I still like this option a lot and there's nothing you can say to change that, heck, I've modified Halo 1 so that all the marines would be immortal And I'm having a lot more fun than I've had before... The AI is Cool. period. (Yes, even in Halo 1)

I just swapped the collision models of the marines to something that can't be destroyed like a warthog or an assault rifle or a medkit. Using the Halo Map Tools of course.
