Plug your PSP to the computer via a USB cable, then go to "PSP\SAVEDATA", and put the savegames there. And not just the files, the entire folders. The folders usually have weird names, and it's different for each game. Take for example this folder's name: "UCES00356GAMEDATA". That's my Tekken: Dark Ressurection savegame folder.
