F2-Infinite Health
F3-Infinite Saves
F4-Infinite Ammo
F5-All Weapons Full Auto
F6-Rapid Fire
F7-Slow Motion
F8-Enemies Dont Fire
F9-Freeze Scope(when zoomed scope does not move)
F11-Back to Normal

Nope it's available for PC also.

In fact the PC gave birth to the franchise with the first game-Hitman: Codename 47
