Hi, Im new at this but I have a question and maybe someone else out there knows what to do. Every time I play C&C 3 the game will run 10-20 minutes then it closes and an error message comes up that says "Direct 3D error 0x0x88760827...." then it goes on to say unknown0 cnc3game.dat and it lists like 30 lines of stuff then at the very bottom it reads "because of the severity of this error the game will now exit" Has anyone else had this problem, please help it is driving me crazy I've tried to play the same mission like 10 times but I don't have enough time between crashes to beat it.

i don't see any thing wrong with your system. maybe abit slow on the graphic card. but directx shouldn't be a problem. you may want to speed up game play by lowering all graphical details. see if that works.

It says 2 CPUs because it's a Dual Core. For all intents and purposes it is the same as having two processors.

I suggest going the full maintenance cycle: Flash your motherboard's BIOS (if possible) and update video & sound drivers, as well as downloading all the patches for Windows. Also, check for updates for all the resident programs you have running in the background. I know emulation software occasionally causes problems.

Oh, and download & install DirectX 9.0c, it's reached c a while ago. That might be the actual cause of your crashing.

I updated my video driver and played two missions, before I could only play for maybe 20 minutes so I thought I had fixed the problem but then I got the 1.05 trainer and now when I play the game it is crashing again. Please help!
