i heard theres a golden staute of master cheif on the lvl "delta halo" and its by the waterfall..doe

Never heard of anything of the kind.

However, I did see a golden sniper once. You need XBL (or maybe just split screen, not sure), two people, Lockout and a sniper rifle.

I havent really herd of anything like it ither.

Im sure if someone found it they would of taken a photo on the computer and posted it on the internet.

Unless there was a mod or trainer made for the PC which made it so there was one there.

if you paid attention to my earlier post, iv seen my friend get it, and yes it is hidden its under the water and apparently you need a sniper rifle to see it but whenever i search i can never find it

actually there is one, its there in the delta mission somewhere. cant tell ya where but about 2 years ago there were a BUNCH of topics on it...it probably wouldnt take much to go back and find them.

iv tryed searching and kinda gived up on it and i called up my friend from a while ago and he said you have to get the regular sniper rifle and just shoot around at the waterfall, iv tried but i have no clue where to shoot
