None Bellossom could take out Squirtle in one super-effective move, it is faster than Squirtle so would strike first, and has type advantage plus it is a 3rd evo and basically stronger even without a type advantage.

Well bellossom will hit first with a Super Effective grass move, Squirtle will mostly faint, but since Bellossom's sp attack isnt that high he could survive the first hit, and Squirtle would have a chance of hitting Sudowoodo, and if he hit Sudowoodo with a good powerful water move he could make Sudowoodo faint. But thats unlikely to happen, so probobly Bellossom will make Squirtle faint first.
Also you spelt Bellossom wrong, that means the question is wrong. >_>
