-Effect: Liquifies body to increase speed & evasion

Move 2: Force Field
-Move Type: Electric
-Effect: Creates a sheild of lightning wich cuts special attack but damages foes who use physical attacks
-PP: 5
Move 3: Jet
-Move Type: Water
-Damage: 100
-Accuracy: 100
-Effect: Shoots a strong jet of water at opponents
-PP: 10
Move 4: Storm
-Move Type: Electric
-Damage: 40
-Accuracy: 100
-Duration: 3 Turns
-Effect: Shoots three bolts of lightning at opponents
-PP: 15
Ability: Volt Absorb - Turns electric attacks into HP
Why you created this pokemon: Because I always wanted a decent Electric/Water type, Nintendo suck at making a variety of strange combinations, they just stick to the usuals.
