1- Uh Lanturn?

2-I disagree, When you trade a pokemon you might have some problems with it because it might no obey you, so it would be a problem with big battles, but it should obey you in the end so if it was a realy good pokemon I wouldnt mind having some trouble with it.

Hint: first evo is a fishy-like pokemon. second isn't.

I agree, since I don't really pay attention to moods, I pay attention to the exp they get. Traded pokemon get more of a boost of exp then pokemon you have caught/raised from birth.
