Loves the rain to fast the pain - means it has the Ability Swift swim, which is that when it rains the pokemon's speed doubles.
Vivid it goes when full - in its info it says when it finishes feeding it turns Vivid.
Amnesia is not a problem, and its not the type - As you know Amnesia is a move which sharply raises diffense, and it meant that it can learn it, but the move's type (psychic) is not the pokemon's type.
