This is an upcoming movie I think every Canadian should see, just to know what these guys did for us and our country in its infancy. Reason I'm bringing this to your attention is because most of the war movies ever made are all mainly about the Americans and British...even though its a small film that may not be that great it's nice to finally see a movie about what our forefathers did to help build Canada into what it is today...I have so much respect for those guys, we shouldn't let them be sweep under the rug of history or overshadowed by the superpowers America and Britain, we should remember them and their sacrifice. I do and that's why I'm so proud to be Canadian.

Anyways, sorry for the rant or if I rubbed anyone the wrong way but here's the trailer to Passchendaele-

Yes, I am planning on seeing this movie. I'm glad you mentioned it.

The Canadian cemetery at Vimy Ridge is the largest piece of France owned by another country. It was granted largely because of 3rd Ypres.
In the end they will lay their freedom at our feet and say to us, 'Make us your slaves, but feed us.'

I did a paper on the Battle of Ypres. I learned a ****load about the war, and how well the Canadian Army faces is trained and how they fight.

To this day our soldiers are still the best in the world and our still brought in to clean up other governments messes...the avergage soldier I mean. I'm no fool, I know the British have the best special forces in the world with the SAS

While I'm more particular to WWII, we did much more in WWI

I'm quite looking forward to Eagle-Eye. Shia LaBeouf is one of my favorite actors and his performance in this upcoming movie looks very good.

I think he's a promising young actor. If he works at it, he can be really good. He could even become an actor I like.

But he'd also need to find a name that sounds proper to his gender.

In the end they will lay their freedom at our feet and say to us, 'Make us your slaves, but feed us.'

The child never chooses the name, Dhampy. And he might of descended from a different country than America.

EDIT: Wow, I'm a genius. Just looking as his last name tells me he is probably descended from France.
