Yeah, they redesigned the Hulk...even with all the CGI it was good
I never saw it but all I can say is I think George Lucas is losing his magic touch with age...even his new Star Wars episodes don't sound very good (Ep. 7-9)

They're rumored. But, I'll wager they'll come to fruition.
When he started making the new trilogy, he always referred to a sequel trilogy to be made after the prequels. He stopped talking about them after Ep1 was such a hit, but he has not ruled them out.
And that we've not heard about them is not surprising seeing as the Clone Wars cartoon movie coming out later this summer was kept under wraps until the last moment.
It's possible that he'll use the live-action series as cover for new movies like he's used made-up movie projects as cover in the past.
