Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Press F1-Unlimited Life
Press F2-Unlimited Ammunition
Press F3-Unlimited Money
Press F4-Unlimited Nitrous
Press F5-Remove Felony Record
Press F6-No Engine Damage
Press F12- Reset Options


*Notes

F1-Appears to protect you in all circumstances. Report any deaths to us.
F2-This also fills your clip and also removes need for reloads!
F3-You may have to press ESC to see your money amount.
F4-You need to have a nitrous tank installed for this to work.
F5-This removes your felony records, both for the vehicle and for you
personally while activated. In essence the cops ignore you at
all times while activated. You can crash into them and kill them
at will and they ignore you.
F6-This will enable you to get your car back to base if engine damage has
caused you to be immobile. Also, this prevents car explosion due
to engine damage by gunfire, etc. However, if you are immobilized
due to missing tires, etc. this won't help much.

Hmmm... The trainer did not work for me if I started it before i started the game. Worked perfectly so far if I start the trainer AFTER I start the game.

Some games are just like that on some systems.

I also realised upon further testing tat the unlimited health and invincible car engine cheat also works for the AI as well... making it impossible to kill cops sometimes during missions or wreck cars...so far i've noticed it in missions only.... haven't tried normal mode....will update as i test it out further

thanks for letting us know. i am training overlord right now and will look at this further when i have a chance. the no engine damage hack is for when your car is immobile (won't run). engage the option and if your steering and wheels aren't destroyed you should be able to get back to base with that car, if the car is important to you. it may affect other vehicles. i did test the health section of code pretty extensively. i had duels with cops, etc. and could kill them with no probs and they could not hurt me. not sure what you mean by Normal vs. Mission type games.

How do you know when a trainer is compatible with a no cd crack?

well...i'm not really sure abt the health cheat... maybe it's cauz i haven't pumped enuf bullets into em or could be mission specific unkillables... but i'm certain the car engine cheat affects other cars as well... for example in the mission where u had to let another car win the racetrack... when i had the engine cheat active i couldn't make the rival cars blow out... their bodies are trashed but their engines are still working... once i tried the mission again without tat cheat.. they go boom in 3-4 knocks
