Does anybody knws how can i change the terrain soo i could place uranium or other resources in my te

Does anybody knws how can i change the terrain soo i could place uranium or other resources in my territory in the game ....... n i wanna know when does the future tech finishes researching its never researchin ..... every time it finishes it moves to future tech 2 n 3 n so on ..

easy as pie pause the game and go into world builder and select the terrain button thn edit the terrain!!

You go into the World Builder and change the terrain to get the uranium.

Also,after you finish EVERY technology but Future Tech,it doesn't stop researching.You can keep researching it if you want.It increases happiness and health in a city.I researched all the way up to ture Tech 992531 and my capitals population was 1000 and nothing was wrong.
