I NEED HELP i cant seem to get the blue prints from opimum alfird. every time i try i always get sent back to the managers suit


plz plz plz HELP

you have to go to the penthouse and get the blue prints between 7:00pm to 10:00pm because that is the time when opimum alfird goes out of his room

Um well I have never even heard of this halloween thing or getting ur car bk i dont think u do my friend didnt. The chest thing: Guissepi should give u the wiggling chest and he tells you to bury the chest in the desert at night (but first u need to buy a shovel from local shop!) when u bury the chest, Penlope red should be waiting for you there and she takes the chest away frm u (this is supposed to happen in order for u to complete missoin)!! Hpe that helped!!

The wishing well is by the back of the saloon if that dont work go to the desert and refill in oasis! Hpe that helped byes!

Um no i dont think there is another way soz thats how i did it just try pump up the water gun as high as u can and squirt for ages making sure u aim at the fire!
