WTF is GPRS, and about WiFi, don't you mean Bluetooth?
GPRS is the service you need from your mobile (provided by the telecommunications company you subscribed to, like Verizon) in order to access the internet. Not only do you need that but also WiFi, which MaxG clearly explained above.
It should be available for the RAZR... I'll be very surprised if it isn't.
And no question about it, iPhone will almost certainly be compatible with this game.
it is available for the razr, and I've seen The Sims 2 on a phone before... never got to try it tho

No word yet on the new features of customization. All I can tell you is that Autosculpt has become VERY advanced now.
This is just a rumour, but its been reported that the game will be set in varied time, meaning it changes from day to night, and night to day. I KNOW it will feature in the day, but not so sure bout the night.
I hope they have somekind of appearance rating like in NFSU2... the 10 star thing... I liked that cause the more you had the more money you made off of magazines and dvd covers, which was nice cause of the extra money made from it...
I hope that one career mode lasts like... REALLY long, like NFSU2 which has 5 parts and over 200 races to do.
I ALSO hope they put in neon, custom doors, custom window tint colours (like as in the paint shop instead of preset choices of colours), nitours purge (was pretty cool) (a spray of coloured air is what it is, coming out of multiple nozzles of the car), hydraulics (but make em more advanced and crazy), some crazy vinyls, and other stuff...
yeah I'm expecting a really good game... :P
