first find the gold bomb-omb and talk to him then give him 64 coins to get a permission slip. now talk to the mayor of fahr outpost and give him the slip. now talk to the greeting koopa at petalburg and he'll say where the white bomb-omb and keep keep talking to people that say where he went. at twilight town a person said he was sleepy. now back to fahr outpost and talk to the mayor. you will see the white bomb-omb come out a house then go back in. now go in the house[top right of where you are] and you will find him sleeping. keep jumping on him for a dam long time, until he wakes up and he will go to the mayor.
