Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Press Shift-A instant build on/off
Press Shift-B increase money by 20000
Press Shift-C set energy consumption to 1000, 0, normal
Press Shift-D instant sidebar upgrades on/off
Press Shift-E enable no fog of war (on only)
Press Shift-F instant unit abilities
Press Shift-G unlimited aircraft ammo

Press Shift-F1 set health invincible
Press Shift-F2 set health normal
Press Shift-F3 set health zero

*Notes
------

*Fog of War is not perfect. I tried for weeks now to find a section of
code that would instantly turn off and on the tiles for the Fog of War (darkened
areas of the screen). What we have is a routine that is called at the start of
the map and when certain things (like placing structures, etc.) are done.
Therefore, to enable the No Fog of War, you must either activate the effect
before the map loads, or activate the effect and then place a structure. Once
activated, you cannot remove the fog effect. I am still searching for a better
solution but at this time this is all that I have found-

*Health modifiations are very powerful, it affects whatever
unit is selected as well as whatever unit the mouse cursor is over. The best way
to use this is to select the unit, and move the cursor far away from all units
and stuctures before pressing the keys. Should also work with multiple units
selected.

*Invincible units will have a blinking or non-blinking yellow bar that is
longer than usual to indicate that they are modified.

*For unlimited aircraft ammo, you have to select your friendly aircract unit(s)
and the option must be activated to set them to have unlimited ammo. You will
see that their missles and bombs will not decrease and they will not have to go
back to the airfields to reload. This affects friendly aircraft only and no other
units. Please report if you find otherwise, but i tried to test this more extensively.

Hey Mr. Wizard,
I don't understand what the nfo meant as to change the energy consumption level. How exactly or what shortcut key is to set the energy levels back to normal? I've tried shift-0(number zero) and the letter O. I dont get it. Sorry =)

Everytime i try to modify my energy modification. the game crashes and i have to restart the trainer, then restart the game, other than that it seems to work great for everything else it does.

I used the energy modification with no problems. Are you using the no-cd fix? Does it happen in every mission or just one in particular? Give us more info and we can look into it.

All options work fine for me.

no i'm not using any no-cd fix. i was playing Amazon Desert(NOD) when i downloaded the patch and the trainer, and it never worked the whole map, but worked fine on the next one until i reached Slovenia, i never try it until i take control of the base. then to game crashes, with a cnc3game.dat error.

Try with the no-cd fix and see if you get the same result.

Just a tip for any Vista users. In my experience both the game and the trainer must be run as administrator to prevent any problems from happening. =) Hope this helps.
