is there a level that you stop leveling up or can you level up forever?

In the pre beginner bit, you can only go to level 20 or so i believe, but after you have done sir tydus's quests you can go to what ever level you want i guess.

Sorry for double post, When you reach Level 20, you can't level up, but you can get skill points when you get enough experence to fill up the bar.
