Whats the quickest way or missions to get me to the battle between spidey vs. sand-man and venom?

I don't get you, but i will give it a whirl, go with the main storyline and forget about the gangs and side missions follow the map marker and do the missions to get straight to the big bosses. But i don't recommend you go straight in to that go kill some gangs and do a couple of missions to get hero upgrads so you are better prepared for the bigger fights later on.

ok thanks......what i ment was are there missions that wont get you anywhere and what type of ones will get you straight through the game

Oh, the ones where you fight all of the bosses, the map markers are usually these: Stars Lizards Exclamation marks They are the ones you should look out for if you want to take the most direct route to the end.

The Spider sighn is for the main storyline missions.
