I think you are talking about 'How To Get a Bow'. If yes, the answer is: You must pass the mission you meet soapy and port(or clay ,i am not sure)to get bow. if no i think you are 99% fool for posting this.

in the mission when you meet soapy n port in prison and unlock the prison lock with a pin n got out then right in front of you is the desk of gaurd which was killed by you for key. there you will find the BOW at the left side of desk. enjoy
