To be honest, with all the graphics on low, no... 128mb RAM is just too small, consider 512mb or even better 1GB or 2GB... The graphics card would suffice, but for the advanced settings require at least a Geforce 6 series card... Also take your processor speed into consideration...

my Ram is not 128 MB , its 1 GB but the ram of my graphic card is 128 and my processor is 2.40 GHZ.

The graphic card hasn't got RAM, it has got video memory or populary called VRAM. The minimum system requirement is a procesor in rank with a Pentium 4 with a frequency of 1.5GHz, 256MB RAM and a graphic card with a minimum of 64MB of video memory.

I'v got 2 GB RAM, 3.00x2(dual core) GHz processor, 512 Graphics card and the game works perfectly.

I got 384 mb of ram and 256 mb graphic card[ATI 96000] Game is running perfectly on high graphic settings

Yeah 100% and I'm married to Lara Croft. I Have AMD Athlon 2800+, 2GB DDR1 RAM and ATI Radeon X1600Pro graphic card with 256 MB of video memory and the game runs smothly on all settings to max, exept Anti Analising that's 2x(on 4x and 6x the frame rate lowers bellow 20 fps).
