Ancient Wars: Sparta Message Board  

can anyone tell me how to get the cheats to work on this game im lost, i know there are cheats but i cant find the folder they keep talking about please anyone HELP

The local.ini file is under the Sparta folder and what i did was just clicked on the last line and hit enter then i entered in the following:
g_cheats 1
gui_enable_menu_shortcuts 1
d_console 1

Then i just saved it and it worked

ok now i put that in all my troops start with like no life what do i need to do next

yea i noticed that as well, but what i did was i just massed produce my infantry and let them build up in battle cause that was the only way i found to make their health have full bar

is there anyway i can get more gold while using this code, also does this mean that my warriors cannot get killed, if u can build them up in battle

Use the giveme_all cheat and that will give you unlimited wood and gold, and no that doesn't mean that your warriors can't get killed....they can still get killed but if you have a barracks or an archery range or both you can just keep on making them and sending them into battle.. Mind you there are some missions where you don't have the option to build a barracks or an archery range so you just have to figure out how to kill them inorder to beat that mission

Can someone show how to use the cheat code using screenshots plz? I dont seem to get it 2 work!
