Level up some more, and if you have the Dark Knight dressphere USE IT!
I found the best accessories to equip were health boosters, and a strength booster for Paine (keep her on the Warrior or Dark Knight dressphere) Then have Rikku as a Black Mage and Yuna can alternate between White Mage or any of the other three.
Alternatively, three Dark Knights are a quick way to beat the game...
