Cant find cfg file

Hi

I tryed the cheat were you have to change a file once and got it to work. Now I wanna do it again and I cant find the files I need. its along time I played the game and had to reinstall so I lost the old saves.... and now I cant remember what I did last time or find the files or folders I need to. What the hell do I do??
