im haing probles with the graphics, when i laod it all i see is a black screen during the intros and thne the game starts and al i see is a weird greyish screen, sometimes i see a outline of a building, when i pause and go to main menu its sti black, any help, or any way to get graphics down, my pc seems to work fine with AA off, but i cant seem to do it

It's the video card for your computer... same happened with me, but it turned out our video card was too old... and we just bought it last year!!! If you are on a laptop, then sorry, you probably can't change the card unless you say something to the company that made your laptop... maybe then they could fix it. Hope you can get it working soon!

Joey360 do you realise what you said?!! lanceparker12 the same thing happened to my brother. His PC wasn't good enough to show the game graphics, so until you upgrade your system bye, bye Spider-man 3.

The main problem is that your graphic card probably doesn't support shader model 3.
