This game seems to shift memory locations with each button press, so far I've just managed to find money value with Cheat editor. It's a simple 4-byte word, so if the money value is rare enough it can be found first off (and set to 2 billion ).
Trying now to find if soldier stats are stored anywhere near their names (by giving one a unique name)

CoSMOS
search for 4 bytes, value = money
if you get one match then you can change it, but dont click anywhere in the game in between because it moves the values

okeeey...that is laaaame =) Here's how it's done: You're running short on money? 1)Get yourself artmoney 2)Go to the buy/sell market 3)PRESS what you what to sell(e.g press 10 Shotguns, but don't press "SELL" 4)ALT+TAB then search for the amount of money you WOULD get if you would sell(If a shotgun would cost...let's say 100$ a piece, then search for 1000) 5)Go back in the game 6)Press something else to sell(E.g Shotgun ammo) BUT DON"T PRESS SELL!!! 7)ALT+TAB and search for the changed amount of money 8)Got 1 or 2 adresses? no? then repeat from step 5. If you DO have 1 or 2 adress then they are the ones you need. 9)in the "Value" enter my favorite number 65000000. And Woa-la! you now sold 10 Shotguns and 1 Shotgun ammo for 65 million dollars.
You can do the same with the soldier's expirience: For example you soldier has 20 exp, go to a mission, search for 20, then in that mission make that soldier hit an alien, seach for the changed exp...repeat untill you have 1 or 2 adresses...the rest is simple...if not shoot yourself ^_^

Looks like you can do movement points in the combat missions, and the locations don't move. They are stored as floats however. So i just set a hotkey in CoSMOS to restore the AP to max again, et voila.

okeeey...that is laaaame =) Here's how it's done: You're running short on money? 1)Get yourself artmoney 2)Go to the buy/sell market ----------- You're doing it the hard way!!!
ArtMoney, in my game anyway, usually has a search result of two memory locations (very occasionally just one location) for whatever game money value I search on.
This is no problem, just select the top value and change it to whatever value you want. The key here is that once you have selected this value and changed it to whatever you want, you MUST freeze the value. Once that's done go back into the game buy/sell window and buy or sell something. The value will change to whatever you set in ArtMoney. Now, and this is important, before you do anything else in the game you must immediately save your game. Once that's done your new bankroll is ready to be used, and you can turn off ArtMoney.
Here's the steps again:
1. In the game, go to the buy/sell window and note the amount of money shown in the upper right of the window. 2. In ArtMoney start a search on this value. 3. ArtMoney will show you a search result with two memory addresses (very rarely just one). Select the top address. 4. Change the value found at that memory address to whatever amount of money you want. 5. FREEZE THE MONEY VALUE. 6. Go back into the game and buy or sell something. The amount you set in step 4 will immediately show up in the upper right of the buy/sell window. 7. BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE, back out of the buy/sell window and go to options and save your game. 8. Go back into ArtMoney and turn off the FREEZE option. On my system the game doesn't seem to like having the money value frozen and it can cause the game to crash.
NOTE: On my system the game will occasionally crash when I back out of the buy/sell window (step 7). This seems to be a hit or miss proposition, so if/when it happens just reload the game and do steps 1-8 again until you're able to save the game. Some patience is required, it usually takes me 3 or 4 times to successfully change the money value and get it saved. On my system, anyway, the game doesn't seem to take too kindly to having the available cash value changed and/or frozen by ArtMoney.
When I change available cash value I just set it to 250 million and leave it at that as that seems to be more than enough money for the entire game. I don't bother trying to find memory locations for AP, health etc, as having all that extra money is all the edge you need.
