The mode works to well for me. I am in skirmish mode and playing as the rebels. However my opponents units are invincible. And mine are too. How do you disable this. Their is only one mod file in the folder.

Fascinating... I suggest removing that file. If that doesn't work, reinstall. There should be no reason for them to be like that other than that file that you say has been modified.
