You need the power-up called the Air Necklace. It lets you stay under water for an unlimited time.First you need to go to the Aquitic mine. Go to the place at the top so you can make the water to level 3. then go to the level 2 place and you should pind a tunnel with a danger: ghost sign. quickly go down the tunnel and go through another tunnel, make your way up when you make to the end of the 2nd tunnel, you must follow all this as quick as you can so you don't drown.
