Well he could one day come back (you never know in this business) but from what I've heard RVD wants out and they'll stop using him after the PPV...but like you said we'll see, nothings 100% certain, his contract official expires at the end of June though...

From what I know, RVD owns the rights to his ringname.

And as you said, its not 100% curtain, but the odds are high.
