I am watching Night of Champions live right now at www.stoogetv.com/player.html I will update this post as the show goes on.
Miz & Morrison beat Finlay & Hornswoogle to retain.
Matt Hardy beat Chavo to retain.
Mark Henry beat Kane & Big Show for the ECW Championship after pinning Kane. Kane managed to survive a Chokeslam, so he didn't really come off weak.
Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes beat Cody Rhodes & Hardcore Holly , yes thats right I said Cody Rhodes. Pretty much a screw job(really well done!).
JBL promo with him wondering why he is not on the card, and dissing Texas.
Y2J comes out and cuts a promo about HBK being out of action and how hes a better man.Kofi Kingston comes out, it is now Kofi Kingston vs Jericho.
Kofi Kingston beat Jericho for the Intercontinental Championship, with interference from HBK. Pretty fast pace match. Jericho attacks HBK after the match.
Mickie James wins retaining her title after a floatover DDT to Katie Lea.
Edge beat Batista with a screwjob from La Familia.
Triple H beat Cena with a pedigree to retain, great match, better then expected.

That is actually a pretty good PPV for me
Cena didn't win (although HHH winning is not much better), Batista didn't win, Mickie Won, Jericho's dreadful end as IC champion is over, Cody Rhodes turned heel, Mark henry won (marks out), Matt Hardy won and Hornswoggle isn't another damn champion

Lol, what a hell of a show will Smackdown be? Two champs in one brand (Edge and Triple H).

Well it says that his last visit date is 'February 26th' this year. No clue about his return though.
Oh, and i just watched RAW, CM punk is the NEW world heavyweight champion. Well, he decided to cash in his money in the bank and defeat Edge for that title. And later in RAW, Edge showed frustration to the edge heads. This may show some concern between Edge and Vickie's relationship. Yay.

Did not see it coming at all! Regardless of what you think of Punk, this is the icing on a big raw red cake. RAW has changed BIG TIME in just two weeks. All the Champions on RAW are now new young talent. This is an exciting time for the WWE and it's fan. I do not remember RAW with this sort of landscape of growth and potential in a long time. Let's just hope WWE go in the right direction from here on. The only problem is I don't think CM Punk has that emotional connection with the fans yet to make it as World Champion, but lets hope he proves me wrong.

My take on current events-
All I can say is thank God the WWE finally really shook things up, I think were all tired of the Edge vs Batista vs Taker and the redundant Orton vs Triple H vs John Cena matches...out with the old and bring on the new I say, for the first time in awhile wrestling is interesting and fun to watch But CM Punk? Not even I saw that coming...I love it when WWE does that, completely surprises you. They rarely do that now and (while I thought it would never happen) I'm glad they put the strap on Punk instead of another dreaded Cena title reign or God forbid JBL...
A couple things I have mixed feelings about though...like switching JR to Smackdown, not a good move in my book. Not only is JR the voice of RAW but Michael Cole is better suited to Smackdown because he knows everybody over there so well, I think he's even disappointed he got the A job. They should've switched Foley with King if they wanted to shake things up at the announce table...and finally (even though he's being underutilized) I thought Kennedy should've stayed on RAW because eventually he would've carried the show after he gets his belated Championship. I know they did these moves for the CWNetwork transfer this fall but still (while I liked the change) not everything was golden.
I'm just wondering where Orton will wind up once he's healthy? They don't know yet either...
