ghgmghgm... it doesnt matter if there tuff if u really are planning on fighting them{cant belive ur gonna hit a girl}and ur that scared act calm and punch each of them in the face with all ur might{i no its not wrestling but u said u were scared}oh and it was hard to right this i...i was trying to pretend they were guys

When they first get on top of you (Okay, that sounded wierd...>_>) grab their hand and bend their finger back until they stop. You can hit the pressure points on their necks, right in between the collar bone and the back bone. If not, grab the sides of their necks with two fingers and squeeze as hard as you can. You can also push their elbow in the direction that it is not supposed to go until they stop.

This is a black-belt in Tae Kwon Doe speaking, not a wrestler, but if you do that, they will get off of you.
