iv got silver rathalos materials but i cant make the armour wen i go to the stall, how do i unlock the choice to make it

I think you need silver Rathalos Ruby's. I have the materials too but the armour isn't in my list.

And I have it too. It has been a while since i played MHF but i think it requires a silver Rathalos Wing also.
