it's working with me for 30 sec and then the game shut's down

use cheats, there is many cheats for Oblivion that work on shivering isles, there are cheats for everything you need, including almost all options from the trainer

Well, updating a game from its retail version will do that... just install Oblivion, and then install Shivering Isles. Should work, trainers on CH usually do.
